Omron system with hard-wired controls. A 20T/h produce washing, grading and packing line. This line features three infeed ports and five outfeed ports, 3 site HMIs, 100+ drives and DOLs, an intuitive HMI with recipes and robust control logics was implemented. Mitsubishi system with CC-link connectivity. Wet bunker with cleaning and water recycling functions. Bilingual system (Japanese). Fast turnaround.

Rockwell system. Burket dual-feedback valves. Potato chip process line. This line consists of two Wyma Polishers for potato peeling and a one-stage water treatment filter. System is interfaced to Heat-n-Control equipment and site SCADA. Click on the picture below to see more site pictures.
